By purchasing, accessing, or using Inventriks Solutions Ltd. POS Software, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service
Inventriks POS is provided as a offline POS(Point Of Sale) solution. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to the user.
2. License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software solely for your internal business operations.
3. 7-Day Free Trial
A 7-day free trial begins on the date of account activation. Certain features may be limited, modified, or unavailable during the trial period.
4. License, Payments & Pricing Changes
License fees are charged according to the selected plan.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of service.
Price Changes:
Inventriks Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Any updated pricing will apply to future purchases, renewals, or subscription periods following the effective date of the price change. Continued use of the service after a pricing update constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription by contacting support@inventrikspos.com.
This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases and does not apply to add-ons, hardware, or third-party services.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
7. Data, Device Information & Privacy
You retain ownership of all business data entered into the system.
Inventriks does not sell customer data and processes data solely to provide the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Device Information Collection
To provide improved technical support, troubleshooting, system performance monitoring, and service optimization, Inventriks Solutions Ltd. may collect and store certain device-related information in secure cloud storage. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Device model and operating system
- Application version
- Error logs and diagnostic reports
- Basic system configuration details
- License and activation status
This information is collected solely for support, maintenance, and service improvement purposes and is not sold to third parties.
Offline Data Responsibility
Inventriks POS includes offline functionality, allowing data to be stored locally on user devices.
Data stored offline may be deleted, modified, or lost due to user actions, device failure, software reinstallation, system resets, or other causes.
The user is responsible for managing local data and ensuring backups and synchronization when connectivity is available.
Inventriks Solutions Ltd. is not responsible for any loss of data, whether accidental or intentional, and such data may not be recoverable.
8. Availability & Support
While we strive for high availability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Support response times and features vary based on your selected plan.
9. Suspension & Termination
Inventriks reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:
- These terms are violated
- Payments fail or are reversed
- Fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inventriks Solutions Ltd.’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 12 months.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
